About The Programme

IMPROVING HEALTH SPAN, THE SINGAPOREAN WAY (FOR ADULTS) PROGRAMME BRIEF

This programme aims to educate adults on the importance of insuring quality of life at later ages. Participants will delve into the diverse cultural influences, holistic lifestyle practices, and innovative healthcare approaches that have contributed to the city-state’s exceptional health span - the number of years an individual can expect to live in good health.

Improving Healthspan the Singaporean Way is designed as a series of interactive workshops, group activities and site visits by certified healthcare professionals.

Improving Health Span, The Singaporean Way (For Adults) Programme

This program is suitable for working adults, pre-retirees or retirees who has basic mastery of English.

Participants will receive a report summarizing the activities and experiences during the Improving Healthspan the Singaporean Way Programme. Upon successful completion, participants will recieve an assessment report on their quality of life with personalised recommendations for improvement.

Programme Structure

The programme is structured into 10 modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of A.I. and robotics. The modules are designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of machine learning and Robotics AIoT principles and practices, while also encouraging hands-on engagement and application of knowledge, hands-on activities, out of classroom experience and of course the IYRC finale!

  • This is a 2 week programme structure and topic outline.
  • For a 1 week or 3-4 weeks programme, the programme structure and topics will be customised according to your request.

– Mini welcoming screen, digital music box, wireless digital piano, Tom and Jerry.

– Selfie stick, drawing face, llama and mastermind.

 

– Wheel production line, s-r-p game, contactless lift and IOT apps.

– Knowledge on drone flying blocks and coordinate systems

– Basic motion principles

– Applying loop concept for flying

– Flying along square path

– Learn to use conditional blocks

– Understand the concept of Time of Flight (ToF)

– Performing checkpoint challenges

– Brief idea on RMTT’s sensors

– Calculating height using RMTT and also applying variables concept

– Understand how Mission Pads work

– Performing point-to-point flight drills

– Mastering triangular flying paths using the angular concepts

– Explore difference features of LED display matrix
