Application Matters – Registration Process

You can register from our website or apply via email or contact us form.

  1. There is no minimum or maximum number of participants for the camp. However, some activities may be replaced to meet the group size.
  2. Prices may vary depending on group size.

  1. For individual participants, payment must be made 2 months prior camp date.
  2. For group participants, payment must be made 1 month prior to camp date.

Payment options are available from the following transaction type:

  1. Bank Transfer
  2. T/T
  3. PayNow
  4. Paypal

**Please note that additional charges may apply for any payment made through Paypal.

Yes! You should purchase travel insurance for your students.

**Please note that we are also able to purchase travel insurance for your students on your behalf. However, there will be an admin fee.

Programme Queries

Applicants are required to possess a proficient command of the English language and should be capable of navigating the campus grounds without difficulty. It is important to note that certain campuses may not be equipped with wheelchair accessibility. Additionally, participants must possess valid individual travel documents with a minimum validity period of 6 months and hold the necessary visas for entry into their respective countries. For further details, kindly refer to the country-specific pages for comprehensive information and guidance.

Our participants range from 7 to 18 years old, and we will pair them up by similar age and gender. – Please note that students under 10 years old will NOT be allowed campus stay option and will need parents or guardian to accompany the child in order to participate in our programme.

Yes! All programme itinerary can be customised to meet your needs.

Our classes are conducted by Cambridge certified National Institute of Education (NIE) teachers from Singapore or industry experts.

There are 3 accommodation options available:

  1. School / Campus Stay

Our default programme and prices include school / campus stay only.

Camp Policies

Students are to treat, staff, and volunteers with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Be inclusive and welcoming of differences in backgrounds, abilities, and opinions.

At no point of time will students be allowed to smoke or vape during their programme with us.

At our summer camp, we prioritise creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. To uphold these values, we have implemented a strict policy regarding stealing, bullying, and fighting. Any student found engaging in such behaviour will be subject to immediate removal from the camp programme and reported to the local authorities. 

  1. Stealing:
    a. Stealing is strictly prohibited. This includes taking personal belongings, camp property, or any items without permission.
    b. Any student caught stealing will be subject to immediate removal from the camp programme, and their parents or guardians will be notified.

  2. Bullying:
    a. Bullying, in any form, including verbal, physical, or cyberbullying, is strictly prohibited.
    b. Students are expected to treat others with kindness, respect, and inclusivity.
    c. Any student found engaging in bullying behaviour will face disciplinary action, which may include removal from the camp programme. Parents or guardians will be notified.

  3. Fighting:
    a. Physical altercations, including fighting, pushing, or any form of violence, are strictly forbidden.
    b. Students are expected to resolve conflicts peacefully and seek assistance from camp staff if needed.
    c. Any student involved in a physical altercation will be subject to immediate removal from the camp programme. Parents or guardians will be notified.

  4. Investigation and Reporting:
    a. All reported incidents of stealing, bullying, or fighting will be thoroughly investigated by camp staff.
    b. Students are encouraged to report any such incidents to their assigned camp manager or any camp staff member.
    c. Reports will be treated confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken based on the findings.

At our programme, we strictly do not condone or promote smoking or vaping at our programme and it is strictly prohibited during the camp period.

If students are caught smoking or vaping, our staff will reserve the right to confiscate and discard the items.
